ATLANTA, October 12, 2004 - BTG Enterprises,
the Atlanta-based provider of IT
solutions and services, and International Learning,
an Atlanta-based provider of corporate survey solutions
internationally, announced today that BTG Enterprises
has been selected as International Learning’s
IT partner. BTG will be fully responsible for re-architecting
and supporting International Learning’s survey
database, a critical business system for International
Learning’s operation.
International Learning’s survey
system archives hundreds of thousands of survey results
collected from their clients around the world. Additionally,
the survey database is a rich knowledge base from which
they offer research and consulting services relating
to a myriad of global business issues. The system is
accessible to clients and end-users via the Internet,
allowing clients to access their company’s survey
results for any given topic and end-users to complete
surveys online with the results being fed into the survey
system.
"We are glad we have chosen BTG
as our IT partner and are beginning to see a return
on our investment from just the initial efficiency improvements
the BTG team has made to the survey database,”
said John Corbett, President of International Learning.
“We are very pleased with the level of technical
skill and sophistication shown by our BTG team and have
already begun hearing positive feedback from our clients
accessing the survey database. I look forward to continued
success with our BTG team and expect to realize long
term cost savings as a result of the enhancements they
are making to our systems, as well as increased customer
satisfaction,” he explained.
“International Learning has long
been a respected leader in the global corporate survey
field and we are excited to have been chosen as their
IT partner,” said Dean Young, Director of Marketing
and Sales for BTG Enterprises. “Because we consider
ourselves a business partner, not just an IT vendor,
we are very pleased that our work is already resulting
in a return for International Learning through greater
system efficiencies and greater customer satisfaction.
With the added enhancements planned for their survey
database system, we believe our work will positively
impact their bottom line,” he added. |
