BTG Enterprises Announces Formation of IT Recruiting Division |

| Marietta, September 6, 2005 |
| BTG Enterprises, Inc., an Atlanta-based
IT
solutions firm, announced today that it will be responding
to customer demand by establishing an Information Technology
Recruiting Division. The new division will be fully responsible
for the recruitment of Information Technology resources
for both internal and customer projects. In conjunction,
they will also be re-introducing IT
Staffing Services as an offering for their clients.

BTG was highly competitive in the IT staffing arena but
as demand weakened during the dot-com bubble burst, BTG
refocused it’s efforts to the rapid application
development of web-based software.” said Brenda
Porter, CEO of BTG Enterprises, Inc. “Now as the
economy strengthens, BTG customers are once again asking
for assistance in finding highly skilled IT professionals.”
To answer their request BTG has added a senior recruiting
resource, Abraham Doris-Down. He has extensive experience
in the technical recruiting field. Doris-Down graduated
from Hamilton College and has been recruiting in the technology
and telecom arenas for five years. |

and the time it takes to locate resources with specific
skill sets can become a distraction,” said Fein.
